Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) – the selling of services that products offer instead of the products themselves – is the most ambitious business model of the circular economy. Such business and operating models have the power to combine economic value creation and competitiveness with environmental impact.

Because consumers do not require cars; they require the mobility services cars offer. Neither do they need washing machines: they need the cleaning services these machines offer.
