Viable Homes

This handbook intends to highlight to planners and other key stakeholders the whole life cycle impacts of constructing new dwellings on greenfield sites and to provide recommendations to mitigate this impact.

The handbook, developed by the School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy at University College Dublin (UCD) and the Irish Green Building Council, is a living document part of a longer ongoing research – it will be updated over the coming two years.
