Responsibilities
- Sector responsibility for identifying, analysing and quantifying material sustainability aspects. Industry expertise in materials, health care and/or industrials will be an additional asset
- Presenting research insights at internal and external events, conferences and client meetings
- Writing company notes and thematic publications to better inform investement decisions and demonstrate thought-leadership
- Leading projects to further deepen the sustainability analysis of issuers of securities. Expertise in climate related issues will be an additional asset
- Enable the creation of sustainable investment tools such as exclusionary screens, best-in-class universes, ESG, climate and SDG screens for portfolio management
- Participating in direct company engagements in the space of ESG
- Interacting with other sustainability and financial specialists in research and portfolio management to integrate sustainability issues into investment cases
Profiles
- University degree in a relevant field for sustainability, coupled with a CFA or equivalent financial degree
- At least three years of working experience in sustainable investments
- Strong knowledge of ESG data methodologies and data management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good command in English. Fluency in German and French is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Basic SQL, Excel Power Query or Python skills are a plus
