solutions in the areas of sustainability data management, carbon footprinting, target setting, and

non-financial reporting. They are at the forefront of key trends in the field of sustainability and derive

practical solutions for their clients. Our client deploy their own software solution to guide their clients

on their journey. Clients include renowned national and international companies – small and

large – from various industries.

Senior Sustainability Consultant (60-80%, m/f/d)

for the office in Zurich, Switzerland. As their new colleague, you get to actively contribute to the

further development and growth of the company. In doing so, you will work for a variety of clients

and bring in your experience and expertise to help them innovate new solutions for their clients.

  • You are an experienced, curious individual and a sharp analyst looking for an opportunity to

become an essential contributor to the future development of a small and young company

  • You get excited about guiding companies to understand and improve their environmental

performance

  • You are looking for a part-time role with a flexible working model
  • You have worked 5+ years in the consulting industry or in a large organisation to acquire

your Corporate Footprinting skills, broader sustainability data know-how, and their

application in sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, CDP).

  • You work efficiently, independently, and on schedule. You know how to structure your work

and build long-lasting relationships with clients

  • You have demonstrated attention to detail and quality, self-motivation, determination in

managing complex analytical challenges, and problem-solving skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or similar

discipline

  • You are experienced with Lifecycle Analysis and know to use LCA tools such as SimaPro or

openLCA.

  • You have full fluency in German and EnglishThese will be some of your key tasks:
  • Lead projects for some of their key clients
  • Support clients’ sustainability data management efforts including data collection and

validation, data modelling, interpretation of results, and reporting. Focus will be on

corporate carbon footprints and other environmental data but may also include social

sustainability data such as Health & Safety and diversity metrics.

  • Configure and maintain existing client entities and set up new clients on the internal software platform
  • Contribute to the further development of their software and consulting approaches to

corporate sustainability data management

  • Build long-lasting client relationships
