Graduate Building Sustainability Engineer
Responsibility:
1.Mainly involved in sustainable design for the planning of Eco Community and single
building project; Conduct energy simulation, Daylight analysis, and CFD simulation;
complete technical analysis report;
2.Complete Green building/ WELL building certificate and related simulation and
analysis;
3.Cooperate with MEP for sustainable design and optimization;
4.Research，collect and organize the application of green building technology at the
forefront of the market.
Requirements:
1.Master degree in HVAC/ building physics with a sound knowledge of building physics
fundamentals;
2.Be familiar with Microsoft office，Basic sill in Grasshopper、Dynamo、Python is
preferred;
3.Excellent written and verbal English skills;
4.Good presentation and communication skills;
5.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of
responsibility.
