This is the role
As a Consultant Sustainable Solutions Program you will manage LyondellBasell’s approach to sustainability in its product portfolio. The role will require you to engage across business functions in order to create and obtain buy-in for an overall pathway to grow our portfolio of sustainable solutions. This includes working closely with the business to identify sustainability opportunities in our value chains, and to work closely with R&D, Product Safety, business directors, Government Relations, Risk Management and others to understand other external developments relevant to our portfolio. Assessing where tools such as LCA, Portfolio Steering, Environmental Product Declarations, and others should be applied and how these are supporting trends in the marketplace will be critical for the overall sustainable solutions pathway. You will support and help deliver the sustainable product portfolio internally and subject matter expert externally with different stakeholders within LyondellBasell, across the value chain (i.e. customers) where appropriate, and with external stakeholders.
