The International Conference on Renewable Energies and Ocean Technologies (REOTech 2022) is organized by the Sirel group (FEUP, Portugal), SPFIE (Portugal), SOBENA (UFRJ, Brazil), and UESTC (China), which will take place at the Faculty of Engineering of the University do Porto (FEUP), in the City of Porto, from 12 to 14 September 2022.
This conference is intended to be a forum for discussion on new research concepts, equipment, technology, materials and structures, and other scientific advances in the field of onshore systems, energy, estuarine, coastal, offshore power generation and transmission and deepwater engineering, with special reference to the development, exploration, installation, application, and use of onshore and offshore resources.
The initiative provides an excellent opportunity to increase scientific and technological knowledge in the various fields related to energy systems, renewable energies, naval architecture, and ocean engineering, also including civil, mechanical, electrical, material, petroleum, coastal and oceanographic engineering, meteorology, applied mathematics, covering topics related to wind engineering and renewable energy, wind and wave dynamics, sedimentation, and soil mechanics.
