Screening Licence Terms

These terms apply when an institution ("you") buys a screening licence for the film Can Lis – Utzon's Hidden Masterpiece (2025, 53 min) from Shareyourgreendesign Limited, a company registered in Ireland with company number 705639, registered office 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland, VAT number IE3815061SH ("we", "us"). Our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to screen the film for educational and non-commercial purposes. The standard licence covers one screening, for up to 100 people, with free admission and access from the working day before the screening until 48 hours after it starts. Any other arrangement agreed with us in writing (for example, a larger audience, more screenings or longer access) applies instead.
2. Streaming access
Please book at least 2 working days before your screening and give us the screening date and time at checkout. We email a private, password-protected viewing link on the working day before your screening (or as soon as possible if you book later). The link works from then until 48 hours after your screening starts (or for the access period agreed for tailored licences) and then expires automatically. No copy of the film is sold or supplied.
3. What you may not do
Unless we agree in writing, please do not:
- download, record or copy the film, or any part of it;
- share the link or password outside the authorised audience;
- post the film on public websites or social media;
- charge admission to the screening.
4. Larger audiences or extra screenings
If you expect a larger audience, more screenings or more time, just let us know before the screening and we will adjust the licence to the applicable rate.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Irish institutions pay Irish VAT. Institutions in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are charged no VAT and account for it in their own country (reverse charge). Institutions outside the EU are charged no EU VAT. Standard licences are paid by card at checkout through Stripe, and we email you an invoice with your institution's details. Tailored licences can be paid by bank transfer against invoice.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- You can change the screening date free of charge before we send the viewing link.
- You can cancel and receive a full refund before we send the viewing link.
- Once the link has been sent, the licence cannot be refunded, because access to the film has already been provided.
- If you cannot watch the film because of a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix, we will give you a new access period or a full refund.
7. Credit and promotion
Please credit the film as: Can Lis – Utzon's Hidden Masterpiece, directed by Juan Alberto Morillas, Share Your Green Design. You may use the official poster, stills and trailer to promote the licensed screening.
8. Ownership – no transfer of rights
Shareyourgreendesign Limited is and remains at all times the sole owner of the film and of all rights in it, including copyright and the rights in the original music, footage and images. This licence is only a temporary permission to screen the film under these terms. No rights in the film are sold, assigned or transferred to you, and no copy of the film is supplied. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. The film, or any part of it, may not be used for any purpose other than the licensed screening.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with a licence is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
