#9 Andrea Ruiz and Volkan Doda

Andrea Ruíz is an experienced building services mechanical engineer. Her projects range from concept design all the way through to construction across a variety of sectors, as hotels, residential and commercial buildings. Her experience includes large scale, complex and iconic landmark projects. She is proficient in dynamic thermal modeling using IES VE Apache HVAC, services clash detection with Navisworks and modeling of services with CAD and Revit. As a co-operative and organized team leader, Andrea evaluates the fast-moving environments and looks to deliver top end solutions.

Volkan Doda is an experienced Environmental Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture and engineering industries in the US, UK and Germany. Skilled in design and building performance simulation software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, IES VE, Radiance, eQUEST, IDA ICE, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Other skills and passions include problem solving, sustainability, model making, photography, cycling and traveling. Strong community and social services professional with a B.Sc in Architecture and Engineering sciences (double major) from Yale University, and M.Sc. in ClimaDesign from Technical University Munich.
