Will Arnold is Head of Climate Action at The Institution of Structural Engineers.

He is a structural engineer focusing on the decarbonisation of the construction industry, and is passionate about helping our profession to maximise its positive impact on people, places, and the planet. He has a keen interest in architecture, design, and other related disciplines.

Prior to his current role he was a practising engineer at Arup for over 10 years, where he worked on:
CERN Science Gateway, Geneva Switzerland, with RPBW;
The Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture, Bugasera Rwanda, with MASS Design Group;
Wadham College, Oxford UK, with AL_A;
Fubon Xinyi A25 Tower, Taipei Taiwan, with RPBW;

Solar Gate sculpture, Hull UK, with Tonkin Liu;
